Settings → Webhooks → Scheduled exports
For panel settings, sign in to the intended workspace with a role that has access to that section. Available tools depend on your plan and configured services.
Step 1
Enter the receiving HTTPS address and choose the available schedule.
Step 2
Select whether to include contacts, conversations or messages and name the connection clearly.
Step 3
Save and inspect the receiving service and last delivery state after a scheduled run.
Check the result
The configured data can be delivered on the selected schedule.
If something does not work
Your receiver must authenticate deliveries and handle repeated records safely.
