Open the workspace
Visit the demo and select Alex, Sam, or Jamie. Each customer has a sample question and profile.
Write a reply
Use the composer and select Send. The reply appears in the selected thread but is not delivered to anyone.
Switch between customers
Start a draft and return to it after selecting another customer. It stays with its conversation until you reload.
Finish the session
Refreshing clears the sample replies and drafts. They are not saved to a server or browser storage.
