Conversations → Writing assistant
For panel settings, sign in to the intended workspace with a role that has access to that section. Available tools depend on your plan and configured services.
Step 1
Write a draft in the composer, then open the writing assistant.
Step 2
Choose the available rewrite, tone or translation action. Select the target language when translating.
Step 3
Check names, amounts and factual details in the result before inserting or sending it.
Check the result
You keep control over the final message sent to the customer.
If something does not work
AI actions require an enabled provider, available credit and the relevant access permission.
