Where to start
Settings → Knowledge and automation → AI flows
For panel settings, sign in to the intended workspace with a role that has access to that section. Available tools depend on your plan and configured services.
Step 1
Add a flow and write examples of the requests that should start it.
Step 2
List the information to collect and configure the final note, label or handoff action.
Step 3
Use the built-in test area, review the collected details, then enable the flow when it behaves as intended.
Check the result
Matching conversations can collect the configured information before handoff.
If something does not work
The screenshot shows the editor. A flow needs to be saved and enabled, and its AI service must be available.
