Inboxes → Manage → Configuration
For panel settings, sign in to the intended workspace with a role that has access to that section. Available tools depend on your plan and configured services.
Step 1
Confirm that the selected inbox belongs to the website you are configuring.
Step 2
Review the install code and supported configuration options. Use the exact key assigned to this inbox.
Step 3
After changing domain or widget settings, reload the website and verify that the next test message reaches the intended inbox.
Check the result
The website and inbox use the matching installation settings.
If something does not work
Check the selected workspace and inbox, your access role and the save confirmation. Reload the page to confirm the saved state. If the issue continues, contact support with the page name and error text.
